[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Caifanes [/lastfm], considered among the most important Latin American rock groups, reformed this year and played an intense gig on the first day of Coachella.

According to Consequence of Sound, “Caifanes split 15 years ago, with members continuing to record and tour as Jaguares. Now, evidently, frontman Saúl Hernández and guitarist Alejandro Marcovich have mended their relationship,” which led to the Mexico City rock band’s Coachella showcase yesterday.
